How do I add a trip?

Tap New trip, type your flight number and date, and tap Find flight. The app shows the flight it found; when you confirm, it fills in the airports and times, and you can change anything. If the search can't find your flight (private, charter or small airlines, or the search is busy), tap Add by hand and enter the airports and the local departure and arrival times. Add one leg per flight; layovers are worked out from the gaps between them. You can also paste or share your booking email: the app finds the flight numbers on your device and asks you to confirm each one.

My flight was delayed or changed. What do I do?

Open the trip and edit the leg: there are quick buttons for a delay, or you can change any time. The plan is recalculated. Editing is always free, including for your free trip.

Why does the plan say to stay on home time?

If you're away for less than 2 days, shifting your clock usually costs more than it helps, so the plan keeps you on home time (CDC Yellow Book guidance). On longer round trips, the app compares adapting with staying on home time and picks the one with less total misalignment, without letting the trip home come out slower than with no plan. See Method and sources.

Is this medical advice? Can crew use it?

No and no. Evenwake gives travel and wellness guidance, not medical advice; check with your doctor if you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication. It is not for pilots or cabin crew on duty: follow your operator's fatigue rules.

Why did an alert arrive late, or not at all?

Alerts are scheduled on your iPhone, and iOS decides when they are delivered. The app schedules the next ones ahead of time and refreshes them each time you open it, so open it now and then during your trip. The plan itself is always in the app, even offline.

How do I restore my purchase?

In the app's settings, tap Restore purchases (it's also on the Pro screen). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. On your iPhone (Apple's steps):

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription. If there's no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red, it's already canceled.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid the next renewal. The lifetime purchase is a single payment and not a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Do I need an account? What data do you collect?

There is never an account. No analytics, no ads, no tracking. Your trips and plans stay on your device. Details are in the privacy policy.
